Rental Valuations
We look after the interests of many landlords in this area. Our valuations are based on rents achieved for similar property, taking full account of current market conditions and tenant requirements, and we are always happy to support our valuations with comparable evidence.

We always accompany potential tenants on a viewing so that you don't have to. We appreciate that our landlords are busy people and we are happy to make ourselves available seven days a week to ensure that your property is seen by as many people as possible.
Application for references
Before we draw up a Tenancy Agreement, we take up tenant references. These are carried out to ensure your property is going to be respected and the rent payed on time. This is all taken care of for you to save you time and worry.
Arrangement of inventories and preparation of Tenancy Agreements
We provide detailed inventories both drawn up and photographed, and draw up Tenancy Agreements to ensure your, and your tenants, protection.
Deposit holding and rent receipts
Tenant deposits are held in a holding account fully protected to meet the Government-Authorised tenancy deposit scheme, until they are released at the end of a tenancy. We ensure collection of monthly rent and this will be paid into your account on the due date minus our basic 10% fee.
Negotiation of renewals
Should you and your tenant agree to continue a tenancy after the current tenancy expires, we will re-assess rental value and re-negotiate the terms of the tenancy on your behalf.
Full Property Management and Tenant Introduction Services
Our extensive management service will ensure that your property is continually monitored via regular inspections and maintained to a high standard. We employ only quality contractors and arrange annual gas safety certificates and electrical appliance testing as required.
